According to Mr Yasuzumi Hirotaka, , Vietnam supporting industry has been slowly developed during the past 10 years. This forum is expected to improve the human power through training workshop. The reason is without well trained human resource for technology transfer, Vietnamese business can not develop despite the investment from foreign investors.

There were 311 Vietnamese companies active in supporting industry and many other foreign companies in the industry, but their products are mainly for export.
